• Payment info: We don't store your card details - our payment processor (PayFast) handles that

How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

• Provide our booking management service
• Send booking confirmations and reminders to your customers
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Improve our service and fix bugs
• Contact you about important updates or security issues

WhatsApp Integration

When you connect WhatsApp Business, we access your WhatsApp messages only to:

• Read booking requests from your customers
• Send booking confirmations and reminders
• Respond to common questions using your configured FAQs

We don't read personal messages, access your contacts, or message people who haven't contacted your business first.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on servers in South Africa and Europe. We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) to protect data in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorised staff only.

While we do our best to keep your data safe, no system is 100% secure. By using our service, you acknowledge this risk.

Your Rights

You can:

• Access your data anytime through your dashboard
• Request a copy of all your data
• Ask us to delete your account and data (with 30 days notice for billing records)
• Update your information in your account settings

We work with trusted partners:

• PayFast: For payment processing
• WhatsApp/Meta: For message delivery
• Vercel: For hosting our application
• Neon: For database hosting

We don't sell your data to anyone. Ever.
